How to get to Batulao

Batulao Artscapes is located south of Metro Manila in Barangay Kaylaway, Nasugbu Batangas, along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu major highway.

Once the 49-kilometer Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway (CTBEX) is built, travel time to Tagaytay City will only take less than an hour as announced by the tollways unit of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC). Construction of the proposed CTBEX is expected to start by the 1st half of 2019.

The linear organization produces repetitive faceted forms creating a larger architectural texture. By combining two townhouses in mirror image of each other produces a symmetrical face, like a mask.
